  1. WATER…This is the single most important part of a person’s diet. This is more important than any food you eat or don’t eat. Water helps to maintain healthy body weight by increasing metabolism and regulating appetite. Water leads to increased energy levels, reduces joint pains, and even reduces risk of cancer.
